It is not the branch, but you call by phone, an answering machine jumps and has you on hold for two minutes to tell you "at this time we cannot attend you"

Bad, very bad, the treatment at the beginning in the old branch on Calle las Armas, to get you hooked, the rest when they got off (the same staff...) already with the credit granted, haughty and contemptuous, the procedures are horrible, Exorbitant overdrafts, huge commissions for everything, bad manners, the first time I responded (correctly but firmly...) to a person older than me, and now, 2 years trying to get them to cancel an account that has already been canceled 2 times, Horrible, since I have been at ING I am a much happier man
